Can I join without changing my ERP?

Yes. Basic gives you a partner workspace for FixitWay repair requests. You can continue using your existing ERP.

Is Basic charged separately with Essential or Growth?

No. Network membership is included in both software plans. Referral fees still apply to completed referred repairs.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

You can request a change in Plans & billing. FixitWay reviews the target plan and usage limits. Your existing subscription stays unchanged until the switch is confirmed.

How does renewal work?

Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected monthly or yearly interval. Basic renews yearly. The final terms and applicable taxes are shown before you confirm your subscription.
